Katia Beckett

Katia Beckett is the Administrative Support Associate in the Department of Art & Art history. She joined UNC Charlotte in 2022 and completed the Community College Leadership Program at UNCW in the same year. Katia has three years experience working as administrative assistant/office manager at Queen City STEM School. She also has six years experience working in the Television and Documentary Film Industry as an executive producer and program director. Additionally, she worked at WTVI PBS Charlotte in the membership department for three years. Having a background in music, choir conducting, and TV production she is excited about the opportunity to be a part of CoAA and the Department of Art & Art history.
