Important Notice: In the summer of 2027, UNC Charlotte will serve as a venue for the 8th CISM Military World Summer Games. Due to the scale of this international event, campus resources — including housing, dining, parking and facilities — will be limited during this time. During Blackout Dates (June 19 – July 7, 2027), no internal or external reservations will be accepted. In the surrounding weeks: (June 11 – July 8), there will also be no on-campus availability leading up to the Games. If you have an event that falls before June 11 or after July 8 and you still wish to pursue the College of Arts + Architecture as a potential destination, please complete a venue rental inquiry form or email coaarentals@charlotte.edu. We will review your request based on your needs and the college's available resources, but please note that accommodation is not guaranteed due to limited availability.
