12 pm - registration opens
12:30pm - Welcome Recital (UNC Charlotte faculty). Woodwind students will split into five different rooms for the 1pm, 2pm, and 3pm hours.
1pm, (45 minute), ensemble rehearsal
2pm (45min), UNC Charlotte Faculty Workshop
3pm, (45 minutes), Guest Artist Master Classes
4pm, (30 min), Musicians in the Military Presentation (all students)
4:30pm, (20 min), student ensemble dress rehearsal
5pm, Woodwind Day Recital featuring woodwind ensembles, Heidi Radtke (saxophone), and Army Woodwind Quintet

Army School of Music Woodwind Quintet, Founded in 1996, The U.S. Army Band Woodwind Quintet is one of the Army’s premier chamber ensembles. WW Day Master Class Teaching Artist.
Dr. Heidi Radtke, Faculty in the Music Department at UNC. Heidi has performed at regional and national conferences of the North American Saxophone Alliance, the Indiana State Contemporary Music Festival, and the Annual Festival of New Music at Ball State University.
