“When Two or More Are Gathered” will open Feb. 25 in the the Projective Eye Gallery at UNC Charlotte’s Uptown campus. The exhibition will showcase the work of Georgia-based painter Ayana Ross. Read the story at QCity Metro.

The Mint Museum Randolph’s renovated African art galleries were curated by UNC Charlotte art history professor Lisa Homann. The multiyear project  included a review of archives and evaluation of each piece to reflect the diversity of African art as well as its cultural significance and origins.
