How did you first get interested in dance?
From a very young age I was always moving and dancing around the house so at the age of 3 my mom put me in dance classes. From that moment forward, I fell more and more in love with dance and decided I want to continue pursuing it in college. 

What kind of career do you hope to have?
I would like to have a career in Public Relations and Ministry.

What is your favorite thing about the Department of Dance?
The faculty and students are my favorite part about being a part of the dance department here at UNC Charlotte. The professors push you and encourage you and the students are very supportive and welcoming. 

Do you participate in any community activities or work in the Charlotte arts/design community?
I performed within the city at the 2025 Vizion Awards with other members of the cast of Tod Kubo’s piece “TRAFFIC.” 

When you are not in class, studying, or working, what do you like to do for fun?
I enjoy spending time with family and friends! I love to go on adventures and try new things as well as workout.
