How did you first get interested in theatre?
I have always been passionate about art, and I have always just found it so much more enjoyable than anything math or science related. Not only is it fun, but it is also incredibly rewarding when those many hours of hard work pays off.

What kind of career do you hope to have?
I would love to be an actor. There is nothing I love more than being on stage!

What is your favorite thing about the Department of Theatre?
My favorite thing about the theatre department at UNC Charlotte is how small it is so everyone knows everyone, and it forms such a comfortable bond. I have met people I want to always have in my life.

When you are not in class, studying, or working, what do you like to do for fun?
It’s hard to say what I do outside of work or school because it takes up so much of my time, so sleep is pretty high on my list of enjoyments. Other than that, I love watching movies, reading, and when I’m not being a total perfectionist, I enjoy drawing!
