Graduation Year: 2028

How did you first get interested in architecture and music?
I have always been involved with the band since middle school and continued it all throughout high school, but during high school I realized my passion for architecture, too. Therefore, when I went to college I knew I wanted to keep pursuing music, but I was hesitant about applying for the architecture school because I did not have the courage. As time went on and I continued through music, I realized that I should push myself to do architecture because that is the career I want for myself in the future. Which leads to now, I will be pursuing both Music and Architecture starting next semester!
What kind of career do you hope to have?
Working at an architecture firm, designing buildings, while pursuing my love of music through giving lessons and/or performing with ensembles.
What is your favorite thing about the College of Arts + Architecture?
The connections made and opportunities that are presented to us students.
What have you gained by being a scholarship student?
Yes, I have music scholarships and athletic band scholarships, and they benefit me by helping pay for my very costly tuition.
When you are not in class, studying, or working, what do you like to do for fun?
I love hanging with my friends, playing games, and working out during my free time.
